Ads Reality App When you use our AR Mobile App we will automatically collect the following Technical information:

  1. Make, model and firmware version of the user’s device
  2. Operating system name and version number of the user’s device
  3. Camera profile version
  • Information about the Developer Application and its use such as:
  1. Application bundle ID
  2. Application version, for tracking application upgrades
  3. Application’s App Store ID recorded for Google Play Store
  4. Initial application session timestamp, for the first time an app is launched after being installed on a device
  5. Camera start and stop times. This is only recorded when the Scanit app process is running.
  6. Scanit application process start / stop / resume timestamps
  7. Recognition event timestamps
  8. Log Data file configuration defines frequency and file size of the log file sent to and fro from our servers and PTC servers
  9. Tracker state detected / tracking / lost timestamps
  10. Target created / destroyed timestamps
  11. Virtual button created / destroyed timestamps
  12. Virtual button pressed / released timestamps
  • The IP address used by the end user’s device for the purpose of inferring the country /region of use (but not the exact location).
  • Images submitted with Cloud Recognition queries in order to match image for a Recognition event
